During the week, any order placed before 2 p.m. is shipped the same day.
Our orders are processed Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
Deliveries are managed by PostNL/Bpost/Dpd and GLS for individuals, and by DHL for professionals.
We promise delivery within 48 hours of shipping your order.
Please note that the customer will receive a tracking number in order to follow the delivery of their order live. Sometimes tracking updates can take a little time depending on the carrier.
It is important to note that not all delivery companies deliver on Saturday and Sunday. If your order is placed on a Thursday, you will not be delivered until Monday at the latest Tuesday.
Delays are to be expected after public holidays and during certain periods such as vacation periods.

Shipping costs are free for any purchase of 50 euros or more.
For purchases below 50 euros, customers will be charged a fee of €6 to contribute to transport and logistics costs.

The cost of delivery for countries outside Europe is €19 excluding tax.
Warranty and Returns
The customer benefits from a guarantee on our products. Any problem must be reported to us within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date to benefit from the guarantee. After this period, we will not be able to replace the product.
