Shipping of orders

On weekdays, all orders placed before 2 p.m. are dispatched the same day.

Our orders are shipped Monday to Friday , we do not ship packages Saturday and Sunday, weekend orders are shipped Monday .

Delivery delay

Deliveries are made via PostNL/Bpost/Dpd and GLS for individuals and DHL for professionals.

We guarantee delivery within 48 hours after dispatch of your order.

Delivery rates

Delivery to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg

Shipping costs are free from 50 euros of purchase

Below 50 euros of purchase, 6€ are requested from customers in order to contribute to transport and logistics costs.

Delivery in Europe

Shipping costs are free from 50 euros of purchase excluding promotions and occasional offers.

Below 50 euros of purchase, 6 euros will be requested from customers in order to contribute to the shipping and logistics costs.

Delivery outside Europe

For all countries outside Europe, delivery is made by PostNL then relayed by its service providers depending on the country. The cost is 19€ excluding VAT.

DISCREET PACKAGE

We take the necessary precautions to pack your order securely and discreetly. Our packages have a neutral appearance and their exterior surfaces do not mention Dr. Kush or any other information that allows you to know the contents of the package.
