What is Cannabidiol (CBD)?
Are CBD products legal?
At Dr. Kush, we take extra care to source the best legal products on the market. All our products marketed on our site comply with the laws and regulations of the European Union. We offer you products tested in the laboratory, in accordance with European legislation, with a THC level of less than 0.2%.
Can CBD get me “high”?
No, Cannabidiol (CBD) does not have psychoactive properties and will not give you that “high” feeling.
Is CBD safe?
It's quite simple, there is none because it does not have the psychostimulant and addictive properties of THC. It is true that some people sometimes feel a state of fatigue or sluggishness with CBD, which may be linked to an excess of well-being. On the other hand, no scientific study today has found dangers similar to those of cannabis for CBD.
Is CBD natural?
Yes, cannabidiol is a natural compound that comes directly from the cannabis plant. In our case, all of our CBD products are made from EU-approved hemp. Our products are organic and 100% natural. They are guaranteed chemical-free, pesticide-free and without traces of heavy metals.
Can I buy your products if I am under 18?
No. Our products are prohibited for persons under the age of 18. Be careful not to leave these products within the reach of children and minors.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online securely with your bank card, bancontact, credit card, Mastercard, visa and PayPal, as well as by European sepa bank transfer. We work with 2 recognized online payment partners: VivaWallet and Mollie.
What are the delivery times ?
When payment for your order is validated, we undertake to prepare it and then ship it within a maximum of 24 hours on working days. Delivery can be from 24h to 48h depending on your city, country, but in general we have depots near you to shorten this time.

Is the delivery discreet?
Your package will be sent to you in a neutral package. In order to guarantee you a premium product and preserve the aromas, your order will be packed in an airtight, vacuum-packed bag.
Where are your packages shipped from?
We ship most of our packages from our Dutch depot, but depending on the product, we can also ship from Belgium, France and sometimes Germany. We are also wholesalers of legal CBD products and we have several depots across Europe with our own stock.
Where is my package?
When your package is shipped, you always receive a tracking number by e-mail, the e-mail can also come directly from our carrier, and thanks to this tracking number, you can follow your delivery and know when you will be delivered. . This tracking number can also be found in your account history.
My order never arrived… What can I do?

Yes, only inflorescences with THC below 0.2%.
